
Sarah Davey graduated from the University of Ballarat in 2005 with a Bachelor of Applied Science Exercise Physiology and is a passionate advocate for exercise-based rehabilitation, chronic disease management, injury prevention, physical activity promotion and exercise education. The area of specialty of her practice is Post Rehabilitation, with a focus on treating patients with low back pain, knee pain, or joint replacements. Furthermore, she has experience treating osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, dementia, diabetes, and mental health disorders. Sarah’s prescription is ‘Exercise is Medicine’, which she employs to help people achieve their goals while improving their quality of life and managing their own chronic diseases.
As a Sunshine Coast local, Sarah is passionate about helping people to reach their health and wellness goals by providing customised exercise programs that will improve function and reduce pain through an individualised exercise program. Her active lifestyle makes Sarah a great role model for those who want to live an active lifestyle and she can often be found exercising on the beach or finding any opportunity to be active in her daily life.
